My name is Dave, and I’m a recovering alcoholic and cocaine addict.
Today, I am the president of the sober mechanic, but I still have to maintain my own sobriety, so I’m an active part of a digital sobriety community, run daily meetings for newcomers to sobriety, and implement my own system for staying sober. It took me nearly a decade of recovery programs, residential treatment, and virtual support to piece together what works for me and how I can help my community.
My goal with The Sober Mechanic is to build and implement personalized systems to make others’ sobriety functional and realistic for their lives. We focus on sobriety with longevity, and that’s consistent in our coaching approach.
We are addicts. We are the families of addicts. We are the people who have been in your shoes.
The Sober Mechanic is made up of people who know intimately what you’ve been through, are going through, and will go through. Our expertise comes from firsthand experience with addiction, rehab, sobriety, and relapse. With half a decade in the industry and many decades learning how to get sober, we have seen it all; and we know we can help.
Because we universally have experience with these programs, we know what works, where, and for whom. Give us a call at (705)-313-3114 for help and support from the people who know what you’re living through.
